What’s in a name? Naming should be really easy. It hardly ever is. Everybody likes proposing names. Nobody likes actually choosing one. It needs a process.
Positioning
Where will it sit in people’s minds? When someones see or hears about it, what do they associate with it. That’s positioning. Helps guide everything else.
Voice, Tone & Brand
What’s it going to feel like? Brands with a strong tone and personality start with the writing. Not with pre-written guidelines. Develop a style, start writing and then create guidelines.
Visual Identity
What’s it going to look like? Bright and breezy. Serious and muted. Gen Z neon with a sprinkling of rizz maybe.This will take its lead from the positioning and voice. See - we do things in order for a reason.
Communications is about equilibrium. Too much leads to overload. Too little leads to uncertainty. It has to be just right to be effective.

Product Reviews
What are we missing? Nobody knows the product better than you and your team. Which makes it harder to see its flaws. No one wants to be mean about that which they love. We can help address any flaws in a sensitive manner.
External Perspective
What could be better? Take it from one designer to another - an outside perspective might feel intrusive but in the end it will be worth it.
