They inspire more people to involve themselves. To help and contribute. It’s what humans do. We get FOMO unless we are all involved.

However, we neither expect, nor wish, that everyone we work with thinks like us. That would be very dull.

People
There are over eight billion reasons to take a people-centric approach to our work. We’re not numbers guys, but there does appear to be a lot of humans around. When we forget this fact, we start with incorrect incentives, sometimes in good faith, sometimes in bad faith.
With this in mind we focus on approaches from the perspective of the people it will impact. The first questions we begin with is how does this help the people involved?
The last thing we need is to have eight billion reasons to be proved wrong.
Planet
When it comes to protecting the planet, we are inspired by Arnold Schwarzenegger’s approach to it.
“Terminate Pollution”
Rather than scold innocent individuals for eating a burger or nipping to the sun for a holiday, we search for ways to reduce the harm that villains inflict on the planet. We know that good people make good decisions when they have quality information and guidance.
And nobody, as Arnie says, likes polluting. Hasta la vista, pollution.
Community
Humans do their best when they work in tandem with a unified vision. Mountains can be moved when people come together and figure things out. Because when more than one person believes in something, it becomes real.
The idea of community has been with us since the dawn of time. It provides support, education, purpose and a hint of shared magical thinking when it’s needed most.
Community-led projects are the engine of every endeavour, and where possible we like to be in the thick of them.
